We are a boutique studio which means we specialize in small production runs and made-to-order items. Most of our items are one of a kind and take time and care to make. The uniqueness of each piece is what makes it distinctly yours. We hope you enjoy your item as much as we enjoy making it for you.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our items are made-to-order and require time to make. Please visit the product page for a more specific timeline for the making and shipping of your piece.

If you require your custom piece to be expedited, please contact us before your purchase.

Domestic (US) shipping costs are based on weight, distance, and handling. We try to use recycled materials for shipping whenever possible in order to limit our carbon footprint. 

We can not guarantee delivery times or dates - orders typically arrive 5-7 business days after the date of shipping.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

As a boutique studio, our work is not mass produced or created in a factory. We begin work to make your items shortly after your order is placed. As a result, once an order is placed and items go to production, any modification or cancellation of the order may result in forfeiture of amounts already paid. Additionally, once an item has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the order. 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only offer returns if the item is damaged upon receipt. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving an item that is damaged otherwise we may not accept your return.

Please remember that our naturally dyed items are all handcrafted, and no two items are identical. Due to the natural dye process, the colors and make of each piece are unique and may vary from the photographs seen on our website.
