SHIPPING POLICY

Due to CoVid-19 restrictions your item's delivery time may be slower and tracking may not be available for your package. We do our very best to get you your item as fast as possible. Please be well and stay safe!

All of our items are made-to-order and require time to make. Please visit the product page for a more specific timeline for the making and shipping of your piece.

Domestic (US) shipping costs are based on weight, distance, and handling.

We can not guarantee delivery times or dates - orders typically arrive 5-7 business days after the date of shipping. 

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Since all of our work is made to order, we begin work to make your items shortly after your order is placed. As a result, once an order is placed and items go to production, any modification or cancellation of the order may result in forfeiture of amounts already paid. Additionally, once an item has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the order. 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only offer returns if the item is damaged upon receipt. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving an item that is damaged otherwise we may not accept your return.
